Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

All standard purchases made through compoundinterest.store are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse.

Exceptions are only made in the case of:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or product sent)

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Or not the item you ordered

contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a claim, email us at:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label (if a return is required), and

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first contacting us and having the return authorized will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns on:

  • Worn, washed, or used items

  • Items without tags or original packaging

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

We also reserve the right to refuse any return or claim that does not meet our criteria or appears fraudulent.

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges due to our final sale policy.

In cases where we have made an error (defective item or incorrect item sent):

  • We may replace the item, or

  • Offer store credit, or

  • Provide another resolution at our discretion

This will be determined after we review your claim.

False Chargebacks & Fraud Policy

We take payment fraud and false claims very seriously.

By purchasing from compoundinterest.store, you agree to the following:

  • If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must first contact us at

  • Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback (for example, claiming you did not receive items that tracking shows as delivered, or claiming an issue that is proven untrue) may result in:

    • Immediate cancellation of any ongoing or future orders

    • Permanent refusal of service and blocking of your account from future purchases

    • Investigation and dispute of the chargeback with our payment processor

    • Possible further action, including reporting suspected fraud to relevant authorities or agencies where appropriate 

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false or abusive chargeback or engages in fraudulent activity.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

To exercise this right:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (For Approved Claims Only)

For approved damage/defect/incorrect-item claims (or where required by law):

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected any returned item and let you know if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
